Monthly Grief Support
On behalf of Heart to Heart (H2H) Ministries, we would like to invite those of you who have lost a loved one and are experiencing a time of grief to join us for a monthly coffee time. This will be a casual time to visit with others over a coffee/tea and some baked goods. We have also invited members from our past grief support groups as well as those in the Arnprior community at large who are grieving to join us in the CE Hall the first Tuesday of every month between 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Our hope is that this will be a place of comfort and encouragement during such a difficult time. Please let us know if you will be attending so we have a general idea of numbers at h2hanna@fbc-online.ca. Hope to see you there!
GriefShare is a weekly seminar/support group that will help you rebuild you live after losing a loved one. Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and want to help you through the difficult days ahead.
